Pinhole
The humble pinhole camera. Nothing more than a box with a really tiny hole in it. That's how simple it can be. While the amount of work I've done on pinhole cameras doesn't really show it yet, I aboslutely love working with pinhole cameras. The natural long exposure, and overall lack of sharpness but yet not really out of focus just gives everything a bit of a sense of surreality - a quality of being dreamlike, unreal - yet at the same time, very much real. Pinhole photographs draw me into the scene and don't let me go for quite awhile. I have several cameras currently, and a couple of larger prototypes in the works. There will be more here.
