The current owner originally bought the building about 12 years ago to open a tile store with his sister. When the sister married and no longer needed the investment income, he decided to try for a liquor license. A soccer lover, he went with the soccer theme, and reportedly took the name from Arsenal Stadium in Highbury, London. It is the destination in Milwaukee for soccer fans.
