Blackbird Bar

Somehow the bike seems fitting in front of a classic Milwaukee dive bar. Formerly The Groove, this space became the Blackbird Bar in 2008 (seemingly a good year for Bay View bars). Fun and friendly, "It's a cozy, comfortable space with a lot of kitsch" according to the owner who calls the theme "Grandpa's Basement". Antiques and knick knacks are all over the place, along with pinball machines and a photo booth!
